Registration Form for the Boy

Boys to Men is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. We are not doing this work for the money. However, we do need money to produce these weekends and run the program—we must charge a nominal fee. If you are unable to pay the full amount we will find some other way for you to help.
No boy will be turned down for lack of money.

Tuition
$550 covers the complete weekend “Rites Of Passage” Adventure, including room and board and a year of activities. Payment plans are available.

If you are unable to pay the full amount now, please let us know, and write in the amount and payment plan that you need. Scholarships are available, and no boy will be left behind.

Deposit
$50 (non-refundable) reserves a boy’s space.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your agreement to attend the Weekend “Rites Of Passage” Adventure before the Weekend Date, your tuition will be refunded, less the $50 non-refundable deposit.

If after the weekend “Rites of Passage” Adventure you are not satisfied with the experience, your tuition will be refunded.
